International and domestic airline and airport operators have been encouraged to develop Disability Access Facilitation Plans. These plans are used to promote the availability and accessibility of services for passengers with disability—ideally covering the total travel experience from making a reservation through to arriving at the intended destination. Plans outline extra assistance and services available from participating airlines and airports can be found here: www.infrastructure.gov.au/infrastructure-transport-vehicles/aviation/aviation-access-forum-aaf/dafp
