School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school events may include:
- sports carnivals
- Harmony Week, NAIDOC and Book Week events
- community access, incursions, excursion, and work education opportunities
- Singing & Signing Choir performances
- fundraising, charity and community events
- PBL, Amazing Achiever & Attendance award assemblies

Book Week
Date: Wednesday 3rd September 2025
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students & staff take part in fun activities throughout the day. Thanks to the parents and carers that joined us to celebrate this fun day.

Orientation days are an opportunity for students, parents and carers that have been offered a placement at The Ponds School to explore our school
Carols at The Ponds School
Date: Saturday 6th December 2025.
Join our school and the local community alongside the Hills Musical Theatre Company for our annual Carols by Candlelight at The Ponds School. There will be food, drink, dessert trucks, and market stalls.
